I was thinking about to cut it because based on picture from MIS web site both tube bracket for 890 and 1280 ends on left side exactly at place where extending area is made in plastic printer part to allow remove of the cartridges. I wrote to MIS on their forum as well as submit support ticket. Not real answer so far, so I didn't finished CFS installation yesterday. I still do not know if there are two different length of tube bracket for 890 and 1280. So please if you have CFS for epson 1280 or epson 890 could you send me length of your tube bracket?
