I'm using my own CIS system that has 500 ml bottles with a direct connection to the internal inklines. The total length of the lines isn't more than with carts. But when I observed it I checked the bottle to see whether settling had occured and couldn't see it. Neither with the 1.5 pint content in two bottles for filling. I will pull the ink out the line and see whether it gets back to normal. Normally (with Generations yellow for example) you can see the pigment settling at the bottom of the bottle. I will take more care to keep them suspended. I had the impression that the Ultratone / Ultrachrome inks suffer less of that problem. Ernst
