Richard...My printer is an Epson 1280.  The papers I've used for comparison
are Epson Double-Sided Matte and Legion Photo Matte.  Pretty much the same
results, both papers.  Right, I'm using the Epson dye ink.  I'm getting just
the opposite results as you.
