Hello Lancscott, >What printers are people using for BO printers? What printers >don't work. Any Epson printer except the 800 will probably work. The best results will come from newer models with 4 picoliter or smaller droplet size with variable droplet capability. In addition, the new 4000 has a superior dither pattern which produces the best BO prints I've seen yet. There is a possibility the the small C64 _may_ have this good dither pattern but that has not been confirmed yet. Many BO users prefer the Eboni black ink from MIS, so I'd also recommend getting a model for which Eboni cartridges are available (check with MIS for that information). Another thing to look for is whether the model can handle the real thick paper stock that many of the better fine art papers use. For example, the 2200 has a rear feeder that can accept very thick stock that some other models can't handle. I'm not certain, but am pretty sure that Canon and HP printers do not produce as good results as the Epsons.
