If you are using Hahnemuhle Roll paper you can flatten it with an iron or dry mounting press, this can help with the feed. However, unfortuately, I had this issue with my students and the 2200. You are going to have to pay for Panther and download the new driver on the Epson site. Once you start feeding into the back of the printer you will wonder why you waited so long. Also, there are all kinds of strange issues with the orignial driver for the 2200, especially when it comes to printing to the end of the sheet or near the end of the sheet. The Ultra-Smooth paper should be thin enought to feed from the top. After 3 years of dealing with issues like this my opion is that Epson is just plain sloppy when it comes to drivers. This is documented by thousands of us out here. A billion dollar company can do a LOT better than that. They are Soooooooo slow. They always blame it on Apple always changing the OS's but I don't buy it.
