I believe the procedure for creating a toner curve is as follows. Open the grayscale-16.psd file in Photoshop. Go to Image>Adjust>Curves, click the load button and select Roy's toner_curve.acv file. Click OK (or edit the curve if you wish) and then save the file in Photoshop RAW format. You would then reference this raw file in the script as TONER_CURVE=toner-curve.raw Also, your gray ink and toner ink limits seem to be quite high so you might want to try reducing them as well (eg. set C, M, Y, and LC all to 60).
