I just set up a C84 with the EZ inks, and the numbers Paul suggests are MINUS numbers on both brightness and contrast sliders. Personally, I thought my prints on EAM looked better at -10 contrast, but that's subjective. I also found that I got visible banding in the very dark sections of images (95-100% black areas) when using these settings with EAM, which disappeared when I changed settings to Matte Heavyweight, High Speed and -0- brightness and contrast. Anybody else notice this banding on their setups when using Paul's recommended settings?
