I'd put the paper between two sheets of release papers and roll it one way and then another using a tube of about 2 inches in diameter. I just make sure that the direction of the final curl is such that the initial edge of the print won't interfere with the print head. This method seems to get more possible flakes out than wiping. I was hoping to find something cheaper which can yield the same dmax. Try this roll method to see if you can reduce flaking with PR. --nick
