I'm not sure if this helps, but I found that with QTR I could not 
print unless I was online -- i.e., connected to the Internet. Once I 
disconnected, printing would stop within about a minute. If I tried 
to start printing without being online I would get the error message 
you're referring to.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
