Carl, this is true in the Mac implementation but in the recent
Windows XP case the profiles are binary (well sort of) files that
are not obviously amenable to editing.

Yes I agree looking at the txt Mac profiles that the differences are
quite subtle.

This then means that there is not a definite Selenium profile in
either (MAc or PC) case so that two profile merging as is the case
with Sepia or Warm(which is more or less a diluted Sepia) is not
available for Selenium tones.

The way I see it there are currently two very subtlely different
base positions (Cool or CoolSe) and two points in the same direction
Warm followed by Sepia. So that a very good range of excellent
control from Sepia to neutral B&W can be obtained but with very
little control in the Selenium direction.

What would be needed to round this would be a "cold"_Selenium
followed by a Selenium. I am sure that there is quite a bit of work
to get it to the level of quality there there is so far so perhaps
it is somewhere in the future.
