Digital BW, The Print

I'm a new user of QTR, still testing the Windows version.

I'd like to know if it is mandatory to always use two profiles with the
application.

What happens if we use just one? Can we set up the same profile twice?
Profile 1 and 2 with the same name? What happens in this case?
