Tom, Were you trying to print an image more than once? Stephen's QTRGUI moves the image to a subfolder named "Processed" if you have folder monitoring turned on. So if you print an image, then print it again by copying it into your monitored folder, you will get that error message because the file already exists in the Processed folder.
