Digital BW, The Print

Same problem I have when I print 11x8.5 on letter on Epson 2200.

Exact same problem.

IS I print 10x8, everything goes fine
If i try 11x8.5, is goes just like you  described.

Try to print 12x18 and see what happens.

I finally got the combo running thanks to Roy's new instructions, BUT, even
though I set the paper size to Super B and my Photoshop image size is
12.95x19.00, per the Epson driver setting, I only get about 1/4 of the image
printed and it doesn't start in the right place - it's nearly in the center,
despite the fact that it only prints the bottom right corner of the 30 Meg
image. Tonality is nice and the ability to vary it; microbanding is visible
under a loupe. 

Below is a copy of the QTR file with the settings I used (with the blend set
for full warm tone).
