Digital BW, The Print

Has someone else seen this particular problem?:

'QuadTone RIP Settings' does not appear under 'Feature Sets'.  The other 'F=
eature Sets' are 
available.

I have deleted and reinstalled the QUAD2200 printer, reinstalled 'QuadToneR=
IP
-2.0.pkg', still no  'QuadTone RIP Settings'

Any idea as to what is causing this problem?  What is the solution or worka=
rround?

I'm using QTR with a 2200 with OS-X 10.3.5.
