No, I don't think so. The 2XXX series is pigment based and has 
coexisted with the 12XX for several years. My guess is if they do 
upgrade it they'll add the diect-CD printing capability, and maybe a 
card reader version, like the R300/200 printers. A 13in version of 
the R800 would be great though!
