I upgraded my Elements 2 to PSCS for $299, shipped via Canada (my 
uncle) and then posted here. It would cost £500 to upgrade from EL2 
in the UK!!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
