Digital BW, The Print

Hi....I have had a terrible time trying to get QTR to print on my 
2200. I have updated to v.13 of the GUI and when I drag to the 
target it seems to send the file but nothing happens. So I went back 
to make an important print on IP and it wouldn't print.

I went into the IP spooler and there were all of my attempts to 
print with QTR, lined up and ready. Has anyone else had this happen? 
Is there some crossover between the two RIPs? Or is it just my total 
lack of programming skills?
