Brad,

Make sure your file is being sent to QTR as an 8bit image file. The 
paper is 8.5x11 so if you want a 7.5x10 image on it make the left 
margin .375 and the top .375 in custom margins and do not select 
center. This works for me on an Epson 1280 printer. Hope this helps.
