Digital BW, The Print

Ok - I use a Mac and 10.3.5.  I use a custom paper size without any issues.
With your settings problem (non sticking) have you saved a setting set and
named it?  I find this works fine but each time I make sure that I select
the named setting (even if it was the used the last time).  One piece of
software I have found very useful in the past is Printer Setup Repair which
you can use to repair permissions, CUPS issues etc.  You might want to
download it and run it through (you can get it via www.Versiontracker.com).
