Digital BW, The Print

I ran into a problem using custom paper sizes in QTR recently and Roy 
told me that it is an issue with Jaguar (OS 10.2.x) and ghostscript  - 
no problems with Panther (10.3.x) which does not use ghostscript.  
Also, different applications use different algorithms or pathways for 
printing so in some cases custom paper sizes will not work when 
printing through QTR from Photoshop, but printing via QTR from Apple's 
Preview application will work.
