Digital BW, The Print

I am new to QTR and have been playing with different papers.  I am OS 10.26 
using epson 2200.  I have downloaded soft proofing files which include "HPR" 
profiles.  When I go to QTR settings there are only premier fine art ...enh 
matte...and oriental.  I have been using epson enhanced matte setting ...am I 
doing this right?  Is there a "HPR" paper settings out there that I should be 
using??  How do I add different papers to the QTR settings pull down?
