Digital BW, The Print

Is it necessary to spray prints made with UT 2 inks on Ilford Pearl? 
Is the concern that the inks rub offf, in which case it would seem 
that if they are framed or matted and hung there would not be a 
problem.

Simpler question than a lot lately :)
