The OS-X 2100 driver auto detects the black cartridge chip and displays
paper options for that cartridge.  It constrains matt paper printing to
1440dpi.  This is not the only difference between the two drivers.  For
example, it will not print Black Only with the PK cartridge - it will use
all the colour inks.  I have spoken to Epson Tech Support in the UK and they
were completely unaware of the issue.  They said they would take a look at
it but I never heard back.  Give them a call and give them a hard time.
There is no excuse for the sloppy 2100 driver.  Alternatively I believe
Daniel Staver got the 2200 driver to work with the 2100.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
