I have a 1280 using the MIS UT2 CFS system, mostly using EEM and Pauls curves. I was also getting those pesky lines. Ran lots of nozzle cheaning cycles with no significant improvement. Then, I happened to check my printer settings and saw that I still had "High Speed" checked. When I changed the settings to turn off high speed the lines went away. Go figgur. Try it and see what happens. Slows down the printing process but saves a bunch on paper and angst.
