Just entering that dialog page can set an incorrect value that will dump the print job -- seems to happen to some people not others. Just avoid the dialog page and if you have a Preset with the same problem, delete and recreate it. The othe main issue is using Custom Paper Sizes in Jaguar. Some sizes fail and some are OK, there's no obvious pattern. In Panther this works just fine. Roy
