Digital BW, The Print

I am having problems printing to my 7600 with QTR.

Even though I have roll paper loaded, when I print the printer prompts 
me to "Load Sheet Paper".

Anyone ever encounter this before and have a solution?

I tricked the printer into thinking that it has sheet paper loaded by 
loading roll paper, then switching the paper source to "Sheet" but the 
printer won't cut the roll and when a file is done printing the printer 
proceeds to eject the entire roll. I have to unplug the printer to stop 
it.

Any tips?
