Hogarth, The usual two things that are suggested for this type of problem, are:- 1 have you defragged your hard drive to which the printer spool files are copied? 2 have you tried reinstalling the driver? You've done 2, but have you done 1? I had a most peculiar problem recently, a friend had an image that wouldn't completely print, so I was asked to have a look. I did 1 and 2 above - no change. I spent ages trying various things, but to no avail. Finally I cropped about 1/4" off the edge of the image (all round). It printed! It wasn't just the size, because reducing the whole image by 1/4" didn't cure it. Any ideas on that one would be appreciated. Would any of you 2000 / windows / USB users please tell me what you think could be causing this?
