Digital BW, The Print

Hi Stephen and Joe,

Gimp-print does support a few different dithering algorithms.
The main two that I've used are "Ordered" which I've made the
default and "Adaptive Hybrid" that was the original default.
There is an "Eventone" but I don't believe that this is actually
implemented in this gimp-print version.

In general I have seen little difference between Ordered and Adaptive
except that Ordered runs faster.  But its certainly possible that
someone else might find an image that shows a difference.

The option is selected by stpDither=Ordered  or stpDither=Adaptive
that you'll see in the quadtoneprint.bat file.
