Here is what I know:
Italy and France facilities are closed. England got rid of 375 people. 
Switzerland (digital products) no change. US distribution facility will 
remain open and ship as product comes in from England. US sales force 
down to three, east coast, mid-west, and west coast reps only survived. 
Powder chemicals and graded b&w papers will fizzle out. Service 
division (SERCO) is history. All service will most likely be through 
CalGraph (no decision on this yet).

So bottom line is they are alive but product availability will be 
slower then normal.

We (as dealers)are still getting in all orders, just a little bit 
slower.
