Olaf, I've tried the Lyson Darkroom Range Gloss with the Lyson Quad Black dye inks. The paper really does come very close to the appearance of an air dried silver gelatine print and has a very high dmax (I was getting 2.6+ with the inks limited at 75% using QTR and an Epson 1270). The major problem with the Quad Black inks is metamerism, which is quite severe. The new Daylight Darkroom inkset is supposed to minimize metamerism, but I haven't seen any actual prints yet for confirmation.
