John this is good advice. Also: (1) if you are using the Epson UCs then load the Epson driver with MK in and rename it to designate MK and then put in the PK cartridge, add the printer again and rename it to designate PK. Then load QTR. (2) I can't get QTR to work at 2880 - I am following up with Roy. (3) Definitely run print setup repair. It should not be necessary to delete any printer drivers. Only do this as a last resort.
