In most cases it is a matter of the monitor not being correctly calibrated. If it is you 
shouldn't have an problem IF your profile is also correctly made. Which is a big if.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
