I suggest always saving Unflattened PSD files. Disk space is dirt
cheap and you never know when you want to go back and tweak a file.
Once you save it as a TIF and close the original PSD file, that option
is gone forever. 

It only takes seconds to flatten and sharpen a fle for printing then
close the file without saving. And just starting over one time to
change a file takes way more time that you could ever save. 

I also suggest saving the original scan file as a TIF. Like I said,
disk space is cheap and it's nice not to ever have to rescan.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
