Digital BW, The Print

I just recently picked up a Epson 4000. I have mostly been printing on Premium Luster 250.  I picked up some Premier Art Print Shield hearing that it helped the print in several different ways. I just sprayed my first 16x20. It did seem to help the blacks a bit and maybe the bronzing problem but it left the surface  blotching looking. I applied the four coats as the direction suggested. 

Any other suggestions would be appreciated
