I recently bought a 2200 and wanted to look at options for making b+w prints.. so far I've been impressed with QTR and UC inks and I've also looked at UT7 and QTR which is also impressive but only has profiles for EEM paper. When I tried Epson driver with UT7 curves from MIS my test gray scales were always messed up; pure black through about 85% then an abrupt shift to nearly white. I'm sure It's something I'm doing wrong but can't figure out what. I'm using OSX, latest version. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
