I would never be able to move a 30" CRT > alone. I have always thought the biggest problem with CRTs is the fact that for every inch of diagonal measurement you get an inch of depth. The 19" CRT I am viewing this on, is at least 19" from front to back. It takes over the desk and part of the room as well...... Not to mention the weight, and the fact you need a lot of air space around one, for cooling. The reason the cat likes to sit on top of the TV or the monitor is the fact it's usually the warmest place in the room. Funny thing is, I have 4 cats, and none of them has ever sat on either the monitor or the TV...... W
