If your printer driver dialogue box doesn't seem to have the normal options you were used to in a previous OS you are probably using the default gimp drivers that Panther installs. You need to go here, download and run the uninstaller- http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/MacOSX.php3 Then download and install the latest correct Epson driver from the Epson website.
