Digital BW, The Print

There is a new version of QTR for Windows on the horizon. QTRgui will be
updated to go with it. This will let you do the bi-directional printing. Not
sure about the 1440x1440. The current set of PPD files list 1440x720 and
2880x1440, but no 1440 squared.
