Can you explain what Qimage PPI I should use if I want
my 2100 to:
 1. print directly at Epson's "1440" from Qimage?
 2. print directly at Epson's "2880" from Qimage?
These two must be different since the printer ICC's are
different.
 3. print through QTRGui?
I don't have an option of 1440/2880 with QTRGui AFAIK.
If there is, can someone please tell me how and add the
obvious two questions to the above list.

If I'm going direct from PS to QTRGui, what dpi/ppi should
I use - 360? 720? 1440? 2880?

I should admit that thus far I've gone from PS to QTRGui
using 300dpi and upsampling to the right height/width. It
looks quite good to me on output, but I'd be very happy
to find out how to make it better.

I've put off PS -> Qimage -> QTRGui thus far as the two times
I tried it with B&W, Qimage turned it an awful magenta in the
output file, and once I printed it before checking the output
and was dismayed (interesting effect but not what I was after)
and the second I checked first. I'm using the "right" printer
profile in Qimage so I'm not sure what's happening there
either...

Thanks for any help you can give,
Robert
