1st thing I'd ask is how are you printing? Are you printing a grayscale image rather than rgb mode? Are you printing from photoshop using the epson driver using "print with preview"? Are you printing black only or using the full ink spread? Are you using a proper paper profile? An most importantly are you clicking the box marked "NO COLOR ADJUSTMENT"? The last bit is big, if it's not checked the system does double profiling and you will often get magenta prints.
