Hi Richard,
I'm not sure what makes the cart refill-friendly but I did buy some of the carts and ink from MIS for my
2200.
I would say they are "fill-friendly" as they are easy to fill using the bottom fill method. The problem is
when its time to re-fill they are full of ink foam and I still can't get all the foam out of one of mine
so I had to buy a Epson cartridge to finish a print order I had.
I'm guessing its something I'm not doing right. One other thing is when you fill them, do yourself a favor
and wear rubber gloves and do it outside as it can get very messy.

Subject: [Digital BW] refill-friendly carts?
hi Paul -
Could you describe what makes certain cartridges "refill-friendly?" Is
this related to "poppets" you mentioned in another post? (And what are
they?)
thanks,
