Digital BW, The Print

Hello All,

I just bought a box of the Costco paper (from the San Ramon, California store... SF Bay Area).  I was careful to get the "Made in Switzerland" version, with no "Made in Japan" sticker.  But the paper inside is clearly the premium glossy lookalike... very plasticky RC surface, no Epson imprint on back.  Disappointing!  I really like the "fiber-base look" of the plain old Epson Photo Paper.  I guess I'll use the new one for color work.

So maybe, before stocking up, you should slit the tape on the boxes and take a peek inside.  Costco may be inconsistent in their labeling.
