Salut Michel,

If going by your address you're from France, it's for cleaning glass, 
made/marketed by Johnson here in Australia. It's blue in colouor, guess 
that's to stop kids mistaking it for bright green and red cordial ;-)

The bottle I have here only lists it as being poisonous, it doens't give 
the ingredients unfortunately.

A french name in direct translation might be fenetrex.

Anyway you should be able to pick up an equivalent, or possibly the same 
as I think Johnson are pretty ubiquituous.
