Digital BW, The Print

Thanks Jim but you know here in France we don't know this product so we may have it under some other name, for example if you tell me "bleach" I know what to look for but instead if you give me a brand name familiar to everyone in the US as bleach then I am lost.

    I read in many post that you are using Windex to clear printing heads.
  Dumm question then, what is Windex ? a brand, a product name? Where to find
  it ?
