I have just ordered a set of EZN C86 carts from MIS and also a set of 4 4oz bottles for 
refilling.

BUT... do I need to buy empty carts as well or can I just fill the prefilled carts when they 
are empty??

Are the prefilled C86 carts the ones with the poppet valve that can be easily refilled??

And I guess I need to buy the chip resetter as well??
