I have just ordered a set of EZN C86 carts from MIS and also a set of 4 4oz bottles for 
refilling.

BUT... do I need to buy empty carts as well or can I just fill the prefilled carts when they 
are empty??

Are the prefilled C86 carts the ones with the poppet valve that can be easily refilled??

And I guess I need to buy the chip resetter as well??

I have refilled the factory-filled Eboni cart a couple times with no 
problems.

The prefilled C86 carts I have (at least the Eboni) has a rubber 
plug.  I used a hypodermic needle to refill, puncturing the rubber 
plug.  

I've got a high capacity cart from MIS that needs to have a hole 
drilled...I got it several weeks ago, and it's definitely not the 
easy-refill type.
