I have the same printer and inks and the same problem. In my case there are
two types of lines. One is a single distinct line that looks like someone
used a ruler and a #2 pencil and drew a straight line from the top to the
bottom of the image. This line is most obvious in areas like skies but it's
always there and always in the same place on the image. The other type of
line isn't as distinct, isn't of uniform width or intensity, and tends to
appear in groups.

I haven't found a fix for the first kind and I suspect it's a mechanical
problem with my scanner (you don't say whether you use a flatbed scanner or
not, if you do and if the lines appear on your monitor screen as well as the
print then it may just be a matter of keeping the scanner clean, even small
amounts of dust can create lines in the image). The second type of line or
groups of lines has been fixed by properly aligning the heads (I put the
paper on a light box and use an 8X loupe).

Do your lines look like they could be smears or one nozzle that fires
continously? If it looks like one nozzle firing, do they extend
outside the print area on one side? In either case it probably has
nothing to do with the ink but I'd try putting color dye carts back in
to be sure.

If it's a smear, you need to clean the bottom of the heads with a
windex soaked paper towel.

If it's a nozzle firing, you're really out of luck as it's an
electrical connection problem between the printer and the heads and is
unrepairable. I had this and got Epson to do a warranty replacement.
This problem was discussed quite a bit recently over on the Epson
priter Yahoo group.
