Thanks for any and all help. > > > > Barbara Woolner If you are using a Mac, then after changing the black cart to pK, you may need to reinstall the printer for the change to take effect. You will know if after the cart change, the glossy papers are still not listed. To overcome having to do this every time you change carts then try this. With your present setup, change the name of your printer to say SP2200matte, then change the black cart to pK and then install printer again, calling it say SP2200photo. You will then have the same printer installed twice, one for using mK and one pK. This works for me. Peter
