Hi,
Sounds like you have the MK (matt) black cartridge installed. You have to 
change it to the PK (photo)
black cartridge and then the gloss paper choices will be seen in the 
selections.

  What happened to my paper selections?  The dialog box only allows choices

  plain paper, enhanced matte, velvet fine art and radiant white.
  It's been so long since I've printed on anything other than EEM I'm 
shocked
  and confused now that I'm trying out the Costco glossy.

  Any ideas, anyone?  Is there another setting I need to change to view all
