Digital BW, The Print

The second problem is that you have an old shortcut for QTRgui. If you edit
the shortcut and take out the "/debug" text, you won't get that error. Or
better still, delete the shortcut and create a new one.

As for the first problem, I think that full support of the various printing
modes requires QTR version 2.1. QTRgui should not crash, though. What error
does it give?
